Hotel Canada - Milan

Accommodation was spacious and pleasant with amiable staff despite special request for silent room. The restaurant was beautiful for dinner here, I had warm dishes. I had an extremely comfy bed, and a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating.

Excellent location, good breakfast and very clean room!

The hotel is within walking distance to Duomo. It is 10 minute-walk. The room in the hotel are very clean and new. The design is modern. For the hotel in Italy it is more like 4 star hotel. The hotel parking is very affordable.

The rooms are small, but for two travelers like us the size of the room was enough.

The room was super spacious with a cozy vibe. The bed was comfy enough to ensure a solid night's sleep!

The triple room was a bit small for a family. The reception could make their policy for parking a car more clear, especially a proof of leaving 10 Euro deposit for the parking entry card.

The location was great to see the sites of Milan. Our room was comfortable, well-supplied, and roomy, given European norms. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff were lovely and cheery. We were very displeased with hotel front desk staff, however. We received bad advice from them, which ended up in us paying a 40 Euro parking fine, and they had no knowledge of good local restaurants. When we complained about the parking advice, they simply shrugged their shoulders and advised us not to pay the fine (we already had, trying to be responsible Americans).

The staff were attentive, our needs were met. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety, and the room was comfortable.

I liked the room: newly decorated / very comfortable bed / nice bathroom.Location is good as well: 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and 15 from navigli area. Metro is direct from Central train station.

Proximity to main attractions, convenient access to public transportation, spacious lobby area.

The shower temperature control is erratic, leaving you jumping from scalding to freezing!!! Noise from surrounding areas makes it hard to catch any decent sleep. The outdated furniture in the rooms is quite off-putting!!!
